First baseman Kendry Morales smacked 2 homeruns and Ian Kennedy had an
impressive outing at SAFECO Field where the Tacoma Rainiers beat the hapless
Indian River Redfish by the score of 5 to 2.
 
Kennedy(10-14) gave a fine effort for Tacoma.  He surrendered 3 hits and no
walks in 7 innings.  For the game Tacoma out-hit Indian River 7 to 4.
 
Kennedy was helped out by Collin Balester who recorded his 1st save.  Brad
Lincoln(0-4) suffered the loss.  He surrendered 4 runs and 6 hits in 7
innings.
