John Lannan had a strong outing and Jon Jay had 3 base hits at SAFECO Field as
the New Dorp Donkeys beat the Tacoma Rainiers 3 to 0.
 
The game started off with New Dorp taking the lead in the first when they
tallied 2 runs on 2 hits.  That was all the runs Lannan(8-4) needed.  For the
game New Dorp out-hit Tacoma 9 to 4.  
 
David Herndon earned his 2nd save. Ian Kennedy(8-9) suffered the loss.  Wth
the win New Dorp now has a record of 51-60.  With the loss, Tacoma has a
record of 4-6 lately, 67-50 overall.
