Tacoma Rainiers won a dramatic crowd-pleaser over Indian River Redfish at
SAFECO Field pulling it out in their last at bats, 6 to 3.
 
Tacoma scored the decisive runs in a big 9th inning plating 3 runs on 2 base
hits.  After an out was recorded, Adam Dunn started the attack as he drew a
walk.  Schafer took off for second and slid in with a stolen base.  Lucas
Duda then stroked a one-base hit.  Jose Tabata followed and he belted a
three-run homer making Tacoma the victors to the delight of the home town
faithful.  Tacoma managed 9 hits in their victory.  
 
Brian Fuentes(6-3) was the winner allowing no runs in 1/3 of an inning. Frank
Herrmann(1-3) absorbed the loss in relief.  He surrendered 3 runs and 2 hits
in 1/3 of an inning.
